Original concept. This painting may have one of my favorite backstories of any piece I've painted. It was originally an idea from a fan (hi Ryan!) who suggested that I do something with Tamba Hali reminiscent of the famous Muhammad Ali photo that was taken right after he knocked out Sonny Liston.
