Tanoh Kpassagnon put one of the nastiest hits on Chase Daniel I've ever seen, during the '18 preseason. TK's been one of my favorite developmental guys since he was drafted, so I jumped at the chance to paint this.

The hit itself was just so clean (despite the penalty... that's another discussion), and so hard. It looked like Chase had only a millisecond of warning before Tanoh made contact.

I toyed around with an alternate title for this piece - "It All Happened So Fast". With the visual style of the piece I was attempting to illustrate the moment of impact from the QB's perspective. I wanted part of the overall composition to feel very detailed and sharp, while the other portion remained semi-foggy like a memory.

These prints are produced on 13x19" paper stock, and coated with a UV finish. Larger paper prints, as well as prints produced on acrylic or canvas are also available. Contact me at chrissembower@gmail.com for more info!

Prints are signed, numbered, and shipped in a 3" diameter tube ($5 s/h).
